Tideunabhängiger Innerer Hafen

Tide-independent Inner Harbour

From the terminals on the deep-water shipping channel, vessels must pass through a double-chamber sea lock (each chamber 360m x 57m) to reach the tide-independent Inner Harbour.

The Inner Harbour is home to the maritime services industry and a gateway for break bulk cargoes as well as offshore and project cargo. Numerous medium-sized firms like shipyards and repair shipyards, providers of general services, seaport services, pilotage services and other maritime specialists offer the shipping and offshore industry reliable and qualified support.
